Agritek Holdings Inc. is a fully reporting, publicly traded company listed on the OTC Markets under the stock symbol: AGTK. The Company is professionally managed real estate investment and holding company focused on the acquisition, ownership and management of specialized zoned industrial and retail properties to the cannabis industry. The Company’s focus is to lease, purchase and lease-back industrial properties in regulated jurisdictions to experienced, state-licensed operators for their regulated use as facilities. The Company also provides infrastructure loans and equipment leasing and financial consulting services.

Initially, we intend to acquire our properties through sale-leaseback transactions and third-party purchases. We expect to lease our properties on a triple-net lease basis, where the tenant is responsible for all aspects of and costs related to the property and its operation during the lease term, including structural repairs, maintenance, taxes and insurance.
